Site management represents a strategic activity encompassing the planning, organisation, and supervision of on-site operational phases, in order to guarantee the correct execution of the works according to the design, regulations, schedule, and established budget. SE LAB supports structural construction processes through constant technical control of the works, managing the exchange of information between the design team and the contractor, and verifying the compliance of the materials and construction techniques employed.

Particular attention is paid to compliance with structural specifications, assembly sequences, and coordination with other technical disciplines. The objective is to ensure execution quality, site safety, and continuity between the design and construction phases, minimising errors and delays, and effectively managing potential variations during construction.
