Progress monitoring

Progress monitoring activities consist of the periodic verification of work progress (SAL – interim payment certificates), ensuring alignment between the executed works and the construction programme, as well as managing the deployed resources and strictly verifying compliance with the project budget. This allows for the prevention of delays, the optimisation of site phases, and guarantees the traceability of the executed structural activities. Alongside design activities, specific quality control plans for structural works are prepared; these include conducting appropriate in-situ and laboratory material acceptance tests, recording any non-conformities, and managing corrective actions. 

SE LAB manages and coordinates technical and administrative acceptance testing, ensuring the ultimate verification of compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements. Activities also include assisting the independent inspector, drafting technical reports, and providing support in the preparation of the final site documentation.
