From survey to monitoring: our approach
We offer an integrated service combining advanced structural analysis, specialist consultancy, and continuous monitoring. We begin with laser scanner surveys and diagnostic investigations to create highly accurate 3D models of existing structures. These are analysed using linear and non-linear FEM simulations, including pushover and time-history seismic assessments, translating the results into clear, actionable recommendations. Through sensor networks and periodic inspections, we monitor performance over time to prevent critical issues and guide targeted interventions on concrete, steel, timber, and masonry structures. In doing so, we ensure the safety, durability, and full functionality of the asset throughout its entire lifecycle.
